Job summary

Job Responsibilities

• Implement Lean tools: VSM, 5S, TPM, SMED, takt time, ergonomics, etc.
• Lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects to enhance yield and reduce cost.
• Analyze processes, reduce waste, and improve layouts for PCBA, mechanical, and box build assemblies.
• Manage capacity planning, workflow efficiency, and develop SOPs.
• Conduct time studies (MOST/MTM) and support training programs.

Experience requirements

• 5+ years in industrial/manufacturing engineering.
• Proficient in Lean tools and techniques, AutoCAD, time studies, and capacity analysis.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• MOST or MTM certification is an advantage.

Education requirements

• University degree in Mechatronics /Electronic/electrical, industrial engineering; Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
