Position Overview:

We are seeking a technically savvy Application Engineer to join our Vietnam team. This role bridges the gap between technical innovation and customer success by delivering solution-oriented support across the product lifecycle, from pre-sales consultancy to after-sales training.

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with the commercial team to create customized solutions based on customer requirements; provide product demonstrations and system walkthroughs.
• Deliver product training and hands-on support to customers post-implementation; ensure long-term technical engagement.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned partners and distributors; ensure product knowledge is up to date and consistent.
• Provide coaching and technical onboarding for partner sales teams to build their confidence in promoting product solutions.
• Support technical operations for key accounts and end users, addressing both routine inquiries and escalated concerns.
• Contribute to special projects and perform other duties aligned with business needs.

Experience requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in laboratory or production roles related to textiles, paints, plastics, or dyes.
• Solid foundation in technical support, troubleshooting, or solution consulting.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; capable of communicating complex topics in simple terms.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to adapt quickly to new systems and concepts.
• Functional proficiency in English, especially in written and professional communication.
