Job summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Deploys an action plan concerning the customers (dealer) in the assigned territory
  • Develop (together with concerns parties) and deploys the necessary tools and documentations which are to be used with customers
  • Create the development of sales volume and share of market concerns the assigned territory; Develop volume and share of market of their portfolio
  • Bring in or create new dealers.
  • Contribute to promotion events and carry-on company campaigns to dealer and end users
  • Develop a performance report and circulation to concerned parties.
  • Collaborate with concerned parties to ensure all customer issues are effectively treated.
  • Accountable for the level of credit, the solvency of dealer
  • Consolidates market information (competition, conditions, observed prices, products, services, environment…)
  • Monthly visit of priority customers followed by visit report with an action plan

Experience requirements

  •  5 years experience in sales position. Preferable in the automobile and lubricant industry or tool or machinery
  • Hunting mindset and ambition to succeed.
  • Good Analyst skills
  • Good communication in both English & Vietnamese
  • Good under pressure and non-standard working time
  • Patient, hard working
  • Willing to travel, flexible on working time. 

Education requirements

Bachelor Degree or higher in Technical, Engineering, Business Administration or related majors.
