Job summary

Job Responsibilities

Technical Support:

• Provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal stakeholders in the Asia region on the effective utilization of biosourced solutions for poultry production.
• Conduct on-site visits and assessments to understand specific poultry production challenges and recommend tailored solutions.

Product Education:

• Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to educate customers, distributors, and internal teams on the benefits and application of biosourced solutions in poultry farming.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in biosourced products and technologies relevant to poultry production.

Collaboration with Sales Teams:

• Collaborate closely with the sales teams to understand customer needs and contribute technical insights to develop effective sales strategies.
• Participate in customer meetings and technical discussions to address queries and build strong relationships.

Market Analysis:

• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the poultry industry across the Asia region.
• Provide feedback to the global R&D and marketing teams to enhance product development and positioning.

Field Trials and Research:

• Plan and execute field trials to evaluate the performance of biosourced solutions in diverse poultry production environments.
• Collaborate with research institutions and industry partners to contribute to scientific advancements in poultry nutrition and management.

Experience requirements

7+  years of experience in a technical role within the poultry industry, with a focus on biosourced solutions.

In-depth knowledge of poultry production systems, nutrition, and health.

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages relevant to the Asia region is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Asia region.

Education requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and Degree in Animal Nutrition
