This Technical Project Manager is responsible for:

Job Responsibilities

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Manage software development projects including but not limited to project planning, resource management, risk management, quality management
• Conduct regular assessment on project status for timely reporting to stakeholders
• Manage daily tasks and evaluate to ensure overall quality of project delivery before handing over to customers
• Control and manage the issues, risks, dependencies and changes in scope associated with other IT projects and project teams
• Guide and train team members on software development & other supporting processes
• Work with customer directly on all works of project
• Manage a large team including partner personnel and member

Experience requirements

Experience:

• At least 8 years of working experience in Software Development and minimum 4 years in the PM role
• Experience in coaching and managing teams using Agile methodologies
• Have experience on development and coding project (VueJS, JAVA)

❖ Skills

• In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Proficient in project planning, scheduling, and scope management
• Good at time management and problem-solving skill
• Proficiency in using Jira for project and team management
• High sense of organization and responsibility
• English skill is required - including speaking and writing

Education requirements

• Bachelor's degree is a must
