Job summary

Adecco's client, a well-respected Japanese corporation, is actively seeking a highly responsible candidate to fill in position Business Analyst for a new IT company in Hanoi.

Job Responsibilities

• Organize surveys, analyze requirements and advise solutions for customers;
• Agree on scope and convey to the development team;
• Build basic model flows: Workflow, Activity Flow, Use Case, User Story...
• Implement documenting design solutions including: Mockup/Wireframes/Prototype, URD documents, SRS...
• Build user manuals and end-user training;
• Manage change requests (CR) on business operations during project implementation;
• Participate in the acceptance process & handover of products to customers;
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.

Experience requirements

• Good communication skills in Japanese, equivalent to N2 or higher;
• At least 05 years of experience in business analysis;
• Deep understanding and experience in participating in software production processes, requirement gathering processes and analysis, design, and software implementation processes for ERP systems;
• Skills in analyzing requirements, documenting business requirements, and using specialized tools well (Visio, Figma, Axure, Office tools).
