Job summary

Our Client, an expert in beauty care is looking for a Marketing Supervisor to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Brand Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing campaigns across online and offline channels. Analyze the performance and effectiveness of marketing events and media campaigns.
  • Social Media Marketing: Lead social media strategies, including collaborating with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) to create and implement innovative product promotion ideas.
  • Customer Acquisition & Store Marketing: Create and manage promotional plans targeting new customers and members for retail locations, driving both in-store and online traffic.
  • Online Advertising: Manage online advertising strategies, with experience in digital marketing being highly desirable.
  • Strategic Marketing Planning: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the beauty industry or working with brands in shopping malls and retail environments.
  • Media Channel: Oversee the planning and execution of content across various media channels to ensure brand consistency.
  • Brand Management: Lead efforts to maintain and enhance brand identity and presence across different touchpoints.
  • Collaborative Projects: Plan and execute cross-brand collaborations and joint ventures with other brands to expand market reach.
  • Develop strategies to manage and optimize the company’s website for user engagement and brand growth.
  • Advertising Planning: Write and execute detailed advertising plans that align with overall brand strategy and goals.

Experience requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or retail industry.
  • Chinese and English Communication
  • Proven experience in managing social media, working with KOLs, and driving successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and timelines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Experience in online advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities for data-driven decision-making.

Education requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
