Job Responsibilities

Strategy Development & Execution:

  • Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive digital banking strategy, aligned with the bank’s overall goals.
  • Identify market opportunities and emerging digital trends to keep the bank competitive.
  • Drive digital innovation initiatives, ensuring the successful integration of new technologies into the bank's products and services.

Digital Product Management:

  • Oversee the development, implementation, and enhancement of digital banking products and services, including mobile banking, online banking, digital payments, and more.
  • Ensure that digital products meet the evolving needs of customers while maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance.
  • Collaborate with product teams to continuously improve the user experience (UX) across all digital platforms.

Customer Experience & Growth:

  • Focus on improving the customer journey through seamless digital interactions and services.
  • Use data analytics to drive customer insights, personalizing services to enhance engagement and customer retention.
  • Implement strategies to drive digital customer acquisition and increase digital adoption among existing customers.

Leadership & Team Development:

  • Build and manage a high-performing digital banking team, fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centricity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, IT, operations, and risk management teams to deliver integrated digital solutions.

Risk & Compliance Management:

  • Ensure all digital initiatives comply with local banking regulations and cybersecurity standards.
  • Manage risks associated with digital banking channels, including fraud prevention and data protection.

Partnership & Vendor Management:

  • Identify and engage with fintech partners and technology vendors to drive digital growth.
  • Negotiate and manage partnerships to enhance the bank's digital capabilities.

Experience requirements


  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in digital banking, fintech, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of digital banking platforms, mobile banking applications, payment systems, and emerging fintech trends.
  • Proven track record of driving digital transformation and customer acquisition through digital channels.
  • Experience in managing complex projects and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Vietnamese banking regulations and digital banking best practices.
  • Good communication skill in English.

Education requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related fields. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
