• Ensure the product quality with inspection and testing method at all areas from in-process to finished goods out going.

• Ensure the quality system is maintained in the organization.

• Coordinate, correct and prevent the product quality problem returned by customer.

Job Responsibilities

1. Purpose:

• Ensure the product quality with inspection and testing method at all areas from in-process to finished goods out going.
• Ensure the quality system is maintained in the organization. Coordinate, correct and prevent the product quality problem returned by customer.

2. Job details:

• Approve an inspection and testing standard based on regular or customer requirements.
• Ensure the product quality from in-process to finished goods outgoing.
• Implement problem solving process to eliminate root cause of nonconforming product in production line together with Production. 
• Implement and maintain Company Standard.
• Implement statistical process control at key process characteristic. (based on requirements)
• Communicate with all relevant departments and staff to get support as needed.
• Maintain good employee relations, which include appropriate responses to employee’s needs and training. Stop production to correct quality problems.
• Support the Plant Quality Manager a budgeting.
• Support an internal audit, customer audit and third-party audit.
• Maintain good housekeeping-5S

Experience requirements

Completed bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in engineering/Science or other suitable qualifications with at least 5 years’ experience in quality function in automotive manufacturing sector.
