Job Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

• Report to the AMC Manager

• Satisfy general AMC roles and responsibilities.

• Manage day to day Genba activities as well as driving continuous improvement.

• Follow up and Promote policies and procedures of company

• Support intra department activities.

• Support APS Improvement activities. 



RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Autonomous Manufacturing Group Leader (AMG), you will report to Autonomous Manufacturing Center (AMC) Manager and be responsible for the following:

·      Review of top 10 issues of previous day - collect data from line logbook / SQDCM.

·      Work with team to understand top 3 problems solving in a structured way (4D/8D)

·      Conduct daily AMG Meeting - Review & Assign tasks to CFT members aligned to PD.

·      Review of Action Plan (LOP) aligned to PD, SQDCM, Workshops and update to team leaders (logbook)

·      Daily review of CPC Board with actual updates to all changes with documentation

·      Participate in 8D review meeting.

·      Sampling First & Last Piece Inspection once in a day (select lines randomly)

·      Skill level 2&3 audit randomly as least 1time/month/AMT.

·  AS67 level 2 audit and evaluation document AS67 level 1 audit randomly as least 1time/month/AMT

·      Review of AMT Leaders Job (Plan vs Actual) including feedback & support.

·      Gemba Audit for compay’s standards such as Go & See PFMEA, MPS, APS Tower, 5S, Zero Defect Board

·      Sampling 5S Weekly Audit once a week.

·      Weekly review with team on workshop status plan vs actual

·      Review Suggestion / Jidoka system of all lines with team leader.

·      Open one workshop on manufacturing improvement ex. Pull system, one piece flow, SMED, Line balancing, etc.

·      Responsible for safety and the work environment

·      Participate in the APDS process.

·      Maintain order and ensure discipline to standard.

REQUIREMENTS

v Education & Experience

·      To have completed vocation in any field or other suitable qualifications with at least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing industry

·      High level of integrity

·      Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques

Education requirements
