Job summary

Job Responsibilities

Product Launch

  • Serve as the end-to-end product owner for assigned products, managing the entire product development lifecycle from inception to launch.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Marketing and Research teams, representing the Vietnam market, to engage with Global/Regional teams on key stages of product development or related business growth and improvements.
  • Coordinate with the Central Product Marketing team for updates on marketing execution, pricing, and feature/content at each development stage, ensuring alignment with overarching marketing strategies.
  • Lead the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and oversee the cross-functional integration and execution of the GTM plan.
  • Represent the market in all IMG/ASEAN GTM updates and collaborate with the Central ASEAN team to share best practices.
  • Take responsibility for the "Marketing Launch Plan."

Integrated Communication Plan

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies, including events and activations.

Product Expertise and Customer Focus

  • Analyze product performance data, including competitive tracking, to identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans with relevant stakeholders.
  • Anticipate consumer trends and behaviors, monitor the competitive landscape, and create actionable plans.
  • Contribute to the development and validation of training materials for new product launches to ensure that sales teams are well-equipped to effectively communicate product benefits.
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to ensure accurate customer data is collected and leveraged for enhanced engagement, targeted communications, and customer loyalty initiatives.

Brand Strategy and Execution

  • Develop an overall brand strategy, define the target audience, and establish product positioning.
  • Provide input to the Retail Marketing Manager to create and implement effective marketing programs.
  • Propose marketing initiatives and channels to drive brand awareness.
  • Lead marketing teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, including communications, events/activations, retail campaigns, and partnership programs.
  • Oversee the creation and production of content and assets to ensure brand messages are communicated creatively and distinctly.
  • Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns.

Agency Management

  • Collaborate closely with agencies (creative, media, events, etc.) to ensure the right message is delivered to the right audiences through the right channels, all in alignment with the brand's positioning and guidelines.

Tasks Managed by Central/Regional Teams:

  • ASEAN team develops the strategy for key product nameplate launches.
  • ASEAN team manages the development of creative assets to efficiently support local markets.
  • ASEAN team recommends big ideas, activations, and initiatives.
  • Strategic partnerships with companies like Google, Meta, and TikTok are handled at the ASEAN level to support local markets.

Experience requirements

  • At least 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, sales, or a related field within a fast-paced, dynamic industry

Education requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field is typically required. A master's degree can be an advantage.
