Job Responsibilities

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

• Contact high schools/colleges/universities to verify degrees and certificates;
• Work closely with applicants and business partners to find suitable criteria for the Reference Check procedures;
• Contact referees to verify the information and write reports based upon the Reference Check's findings;
• Assist other administrative tasks.

Taking this internship, you are not required to have lots of experience, but some general skills are expected to accomplish the tasks effectively. Don’t hesitate to take full advantages of your ability and be confident to grow and prosper with us.

• Demonstrate strong communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese;
• Possess proficiency in English, especially in speaking and writing;
• Hold a great passion for the Human Resource Industry;
• Detail-oriented and result-driven;
• University students or fresh graduates who are available for a 6-month internship.
