Job Responsibilities

Developing Marketing and Communication Strategies:

  • Devise comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with the school's objectives and values.
  • Identify target audiences and segments, and tailor messaging accordingly.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitors to refine strategies as needed.

Brand Management:

  • Oversee the school's brand identity and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
  • Develop brand guidelines and standards for internal and external use.
  • Foster a strong brand presence in the community and educational landscape.

Digital Marketing and Online Presence:

  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including website management, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
  • Monitor and analyze online metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
  • Optimize SEO and SEM strategies to enhance online visibility and drive traffic.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Create compelling content for various platforms, including website, social media, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and ensure accuracy and alignment with brand messaging.
  • Manage content calendars and publishing schedules.

Public Relations and Media Relations:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
  • Handle media inquiries and coordinate press releases and interviews.
  • Identify opportunities for positive media coverage and manage crisis communications when necessary.

Event Management:

  • Plan and execute marketing events, such as open houses, workshops, and seminars.
  • Coordinate logistics, promotions, and follow-up activities to maximize event success.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing and communications professionals.
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.


Experience requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing and communications roles, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to the school’s mission and values.


Education requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
