Job summary

  • Sales and Business Development: Balance 50% hunting and 50% farming to acquire new customers, grow key accounts, and meet sales targets through a consultative approach.
  • Customer Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and alignment with their supply chain needs.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies, manage a robust sales pipeline, and respond promptly to Tenders/RFQs to achieve business goals.

Job Responsibilities

Experience requirements

  • Industry Expertise: Leverage over 8 years of experience in Air Freight and logistics sales to create tailored solutions, negotiate effectively, and drive revenue growth.
  • Qualifications and Skills: Hold a relevant degree, demonstrate excellent communication, strong interpersonal abilities, fluency in English, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Education requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
