Job summary

Job Responsibilities

• Set up system and processes to assure and control the quality of semi-finished and finished products (plastic products, outsole and accessories for sport shoe, etc.)
• Analyze the root-cause of returned products and quality defects of running products and develop plans for corrective actions to optimize the processes
• Train QC team leaders, workers on how to check (plastic) products
• Work out SOP’s and checking standards for all working processes of the QC Department
• Manage & supervise the whole QC team
• Cooperate with other teams as Production/Color & Material to solve the related quality issues on shopfloor.
• Handle customer complaints, make monthly report, keep and enhance the customer relationship
• Apply quality methods for risk analysis (FMEA, Six Sigma tools, etc.) 

Experience requirements

• Graduated from University/college, preferably in the field of Industrial Management
• Knowledge of the methodologies of quality assurance and standards
• At least 3 years working experience in a similar position in the shoe industry (or plastic industry)
• Customer oriented in footwear and sports shoe industry
• Good in MS Office
• Very good English communication-skills (German is a plus)
• Problem solving ability & team work spirit
• Knowledge of Lean System (six sigma is a plus) and Industry Quality Management
• Experience in a footwear production factory is an advantage

Education requirements

• Graduated from University/college, preferably in the field of Industrial Management
