Job summary

Job Responsibilities

• Directly contact with customers and carrier or other logistics service providers (LSP) for export & import shipments (booking space, customs clearance, trucking, track & trace report, etc). Make tracking, daily report to customers.
• Contact with carrier and customer to solve if have any issue.
• Key in shipment’s information on company's system and doing other assign job related to system.
• Make sure on-time payment with customers, vendors and inter-company payment.
• Receive and check quotation, debit notes from other logistics service providers (LSP)
• Report to managers when requested.

Experience requirements

• From 8 - 10 years in logistics operations position.
• Expertise in ocean freight forwarding, preferably export to main market like US / EU
• Experience in handling large-scale key accounts
• Good English communication

Education requirements

• University graduated
