Job Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Develop, plan, and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the company, including website, social media, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Allocate budgets for different marketing roles and schedule campaigns to be executed over a specified timeframe by the marketing team.
  • Research and identify industry trends, particularly within the bakery sector, and communicate valuable insights to target audiences.
  • Analyze and interpret data on market trends, customer behavior, product preferences, and market share.
  • Explore new digital marketing platforms and approaches to capture the attention of key audiences.

Optimization and Performance Analysis:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor conversion rates for customers across digital marketing campaigns.
  • Identify key conversion points and drop-off areas to improve user engagement across various channels.
  • Regularly assess the performance of marketing campaigns and compare outcomes to predefined goals and key performance indicators.
  • Provide detailed reports to senior management, summarizing campaign performance and insights.

Content Strategy and Management:

  • Develop and oversee content for the company’s website, social media, email campaigns, and display advertising efforts.
  • Ensure consistency in the company’s branding by creating, proofreading, and editing digital marketing materials.

Internal Communications:

  • Implement strategies to improve communication within the company.
  • Collaborate with other departments to share insights and updates, promoting a cohesive working environment.
  • Create engaging content for internal communications, such as newsletters, emails, and intranet updates.
  • Manage and update content on internal communication platforms.
  • Partner with the HR and Admin teams to organize internal company events.

Project Coordination and Management:

  • Lead key marketing projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with project goals.
  • Report project status and outcomes to senior management.

Experience requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing within the FMCG or food industry.
  • Proficient in Digital Marketing, Business, and Communications: Prior experience in digital marketing or related industries is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing databases, email, and social media marketing.
  • Exceptional skills in data research, reporting, numerical analysis, and sales performance evaluation.
  • Advanced IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Skilled in creating engaging and original content.
  • Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of ensuring tasks are completed effectively.
  • Possesses a positive, results-driven attitude, with a resourceful and innovative approach.
  • Familiar with the latest online marketing trends and best practices for measurement and analytics.
  • Experienced in public relations and event coordination.
  • Comfortable working in complex environments and skilled at managing diverse stakeholder needs.

Education requirements

  • Associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related fields.
