Job summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Sales & Promotion: Focus on selling and promoting Transaction Banking services, mainly Trade Finance.
  • Strategy Planning & Execution: Develop sales strategies for the Hanoi Branch, lead the RM team to implement them, and report progress to senior management.
  • Business Growth & Targets: Help grow the Transaction Banking business in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City branches, ensuring key targets (profit, business goals) are met.
  • Support for RMs & Clients: Assist Relationship Managers by preparing presentations, structuring solutions, visiting clients, and providing training.
  • Enhancing Services: Improve Hanoi Branch’s Transaction Banking services by working with internal teams (IT, Operations, etc.) to introduce new products.
  • Cross-Border Collaboration: Work with other GTBD offices to expand international transaction banking business and introduce regional/global products.


  • Reports To: Head of GTBD Vietnam, with additional reporting to GTBD APAC in Singapore and Vietnam Branch Management.
  • Performance Review: Evaluated by Head of GTBD APAC, with input from Vietnam Branch Management and Head of GTBD Vietnam.

Experience requirements

More than 10-year experience (at foreign banks as an advantage) in transaction banking sales (Trade Finance strong background is mandatory, cash management experience is competitive advantage, etc.).

Education
