Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic plans to enhance raw material sourcing networks with a focus on cost-effectiveness, resilience, and environmental responsibility.
• Monitor market trends and anticipate disruptions or shifts in raw material availability and pricing; work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and manufacturing partners to proactively manage risk.
• Utilize data analysis and market insights to support suppliers in securing favorable sourcing terms and making informed purchasing decisions.
• Provide strategic guidance on cost-saving opportunities through innovation, value engineering, and supplier collaboration.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify supply chain vulnerabilities and drive mitigation initiatives.
• Identify, assess, and manage key raw material suppliers to ensure consistent quality, reliability, and strategic alignment.

Experience requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain leadership, ideally with a global scope.
• Demonstrated success in building forward-looking sourcing strategies and driving supplier performance and cost efficiencies.
• Proficient in applying market intelligence and cost modeling to support procurement decision-making.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using procurement data and KPIs to drive business outcomes.
