Job summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute optimal price and access strategies. Provide pricing, reimbursement and pharmacoeconomic information to the HP business
  • Develop deep insights into the relationships amongst stakeholders within the healthcare system and build advocacy networks to effectively shape and develop healthcare policies and the healthcare system in areas of relevance for the current and future portfolio
  • Direct the development and delivery of patient access solutions, which are sustainable for patients, the healthcare system and the company
  • Direct the demonstration of improved outcomes for patients and the healthcare system with company's products and solutions to generate advocacy, support patient access and market development
  • Oversee the creation and execution of Healthcare Affairs plans and ensure they are appropriately reflected in Integrated Customer Plans (ICPs). Represent Market Access & Healthcare Affairs in cross-functional teams (e.g., local HPLC)
  • Active participation in relevant Industry Association sub-committees/ working groups
  • Ensure the implementation of aligned and compliant Market Access activities and processes (including management of list and net prices, and launch timing databases)
  • Ensure the development of any direct reports including, where appropriate, long term succession

Experience requirements

  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience (including at least 2 years Market Access or Healthcare Affairs experience)
  • Fluent English communications
  • Well-developed interpersonal, time-management, written and oral communication skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to communicate complex topics

Education requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or post-graduate qualification in pharmacy, epidemiology, health economics or economics, public health, biostatistics
