Job summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the sales and distribution functions to identify and cultivate new clientele for the organization's offerings.
  • Ensure the availability of sales tools and resources for all customers.
  • Manage and resolve customer concerns and grievances in a timely manner.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and distributors.
  • Hold responsibility for supervising sales operations within designated territories.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales activities in relation to targets and competitors.
  • Provide management with oral and written reports on customer requirements, challenges, interests, competitor activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Conduct research and devise strategies and plans to identify sales opportunities, drive direct sales, and pursue new projects.
  • Establish and implement short- and long-term objectives, goals, and operational procedures as directed by management.
  • Secure orders from existing and prospective customers using a structured sales process and relationship-driven approach.
  • Expand market share and increase brand presence.
  • Educate existing and potential customers on the organization's products and services and assist them in selecting suitable solutions.

Experience requirements


  • University or College degree in Business, Economy or related field.
  • At least 5 years proven experience in sales development within a foreign company in Vietnam, preferable in the Textile/Garment Industry.
  • Good connection within the Vietnam garment industry and with the big international fashion preferred
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
  • Knowledge of structuring sales goals and revenue expectations. Experience in planning sales strategies.
  • Excellent English language skills both written and orally.
  • Ability to speak in Chinese language at professional level.
