Job Responsibilities

Assembly Process Specialist (NPI Focus)

Location: HCMC area

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve assembly processes for new products, from early design to full-scale production.
• Ensure precision in component fitment using dimensional chain techniques.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to enhance manufacturability and efficiency.
• Lead NPI-related activities, ensuring a smooth transition from prototype to mass production.
• Drive process improvements, troubleshoot production issues, and support training for technical teams.

Experience requirements

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in assembly process development, ideally in vehicle manufacturing (2-wheelers or similar).
• Strong knowledge of dimensional control and tolerance management.
• Hands-on experience with SolidWorks and other design tools.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage suppliers.
• Fluent in English; Vietnamese or Chinese is a plus.
