Job summary

Job Responsibilities

• This role involves developing and executing localized marketing strategies, managing multi-channel campaigns across digital, social media, PR, events, and partnerships, and ensuring all messaging resonates with the local audience.
• The manager will build strong relationships with media, influencers, and healthcare organizations, drive PR and thought leadership initiatives, and oversee content creation and community engagement.
• Close collaboration with regional team is essential for tracking market trends and reporting insights.
• Additionally, the role supports B2B marketing, helping identify partnerships with insurers, corporates, and referral networks, while also organizing events, health talks, and community programs to enhance patient engagement and drive referrals.

Experience requirements

At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role, preferably in healthcare, medical tourism, or service industries.

Proficiency in graphic design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), and Canva.

Proven track record in PR, digital marketing, partnerships, and event management.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese (spoken and written).

Ability to work independently while collaborating with regional teams

Proactive, strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.

Understanding of the Vietnamese healthcare advertising landscape and patient decision-making behavior is a plus.

Education requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
