Job summary

Our client is looking for Head of Quality Department (Pharmaceutical) to develop quality policies and establish a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) for Vietnam factory.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop quality policies and establish a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) for the plant.
• Enhance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with WHO/EU GMP standards, while mentoring and developing a team prepared for audits and inspections.
• Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) from internal and external audits, ensuring on-time completion.
• Audit suppliers of raw materials and primary packaging to ensure GMP compliance.
• Ensure compliance with established EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) management system processes, aligning with company policies, international standards, and local/EU regulations.

Experience requirements

• Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Pharmacy – MUST 
• 15+ years of hands-on Quality Assurance experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong professional knowledge of: EU GMP, EU GDP, WHO GMP
• Fluent in English - both spoken and written skills
• High integrity, transparency, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure
