Overall Quality Management
• Take ownership of the entire quality assurance process, from raw material inspection to final product evaluation.
• Define and implement quality protocols and ensure compliance throughout all stages of production.
• Proactively identify quality concerns, conduct root cause analysis, and lead corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage quality issues related to washing processes, including color inconsistencies or fabric damage.
• Supervise quality control personnel and technicians responsible for washing operations.
Process Development
• Design and optimize quality control systems aligned with industry benchmarks and production requirements.
• Collaborate with both internal departments and external vendors to ensure quality integration across operations.
Training and Capability Building
• Provide ongoing training and guidance to staff and manufacturing partners on quality control procedures.
• Cultivate a culture that emphasizes quality awareness and continuous improvement.
Audit and Inspection Activities
• Conduct regular assessments of both in-house operations and subcontracted facilities.
• Oversee inspections at key production checkpoints to minimize defects and maintain consistency.
Documentation and Reporting
• Maintain comprehensive records of quality procedures and inspection results.
• Produce and present quality reports to relevant stakeholders for transparency and strategic alignment.
Vendor Management and Support
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors.
• Provide support in implementing quality standards and jointly address performance issues.
Continuous Improvement
• Drive continuous improvement efforts by implementing learnings from past quality challenges.
• Encourage team input and feedback to enhance production quality and efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Garment Technology, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality management within the denim or garment manufacturing industry.
• Solid understanding of denim fabrics, garment construction, and washing techniques.
• Demonstrated experience in building and executing quality systems in production environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work across departments and with external partners.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of resolving complex quality issues effectively.
• Familiarity with textile manufacturing standards, regulations, and audit procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Garment Technology, Quality Management, or a related field.
