Job summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Understand the needs and requirements of customers to offer quotation of suitable solutions and to close deals in consultation with his General Manager and/or Business Development Directors.
  • Customer Growth: customer expansion, devising and implementing strategies to engage uncooperative customers.
  • Customer Retention: Manage and nurture current customer relationships, increase market presence, address significant customer issues, annual contract signings, critical emergencies, and determine market share.
  • Lead and organize the information gathering on market development in assigned segment/area
  • Keep good record of his sales territory and uses the available SAP reports. He files timely call reports on customer visits.


Experience requirements

  • At least 5 years in Marketing & Sales of packaging and 3 years in a supervisory role
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Participate in high-level negotiations with key clients.
  • Selling goods or services directly to another business: B2B modal


Education requirements

University degree or higher, preferably in Foreign Trade/Economics, is advantageous.
