Job summary

Our client, a new set up manufacturing company in garment, textile, is looking for Production Planning Supervisor (PMC) to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

• Support quarterly production capacity evaluations and maintain accurate demand forecasts for batch processing.
• Coordinate production activities, ensuring alignment and communication between relevant teams to streamline end-to-end operations.
• Develop and adjust daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in response to changes such as new orders or shifting priorities.
• Collaborate on the master production schedule, contributing to regular planning updates, data tracking, and problem resolution during sales coordination meetings.
• Track material supply status, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure resource availability matches the production timeline.
• Organize production activities for post-processing tasks based on schedules provided by the sales function.

Experience requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in production planning within the garment or related industries.
• In-depth understanding of PMC functions and garment manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, planning, and coordination capabilities.
• Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to risk management.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
