Job Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist with expertise in Learning & Development and/or Performance Management to contribute to the design and execution of talent development initiatives and performance frameworks that support business success. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying essential workforce requirements—such as skills, competencies, and performance outcomes - necessary to meet current and future business goals.
- Designing and implementing development programs tailored to various levels and functions across the organization.
- Creating tools to assess and measure leadership competencies.
- Advising stakeholders on Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and the 70/20/10 learning model.
- Developing eLearning courses and content for Learning Management Systems (LMS), with an emphasis on organizational culture and soft skills (in collaboration with partners).
- Supporting the rollout of relevant frameworks and policies.
- Performing other related tasks as assigned by the Direct Manager.
Experience requirements
- From 5 years of experience in relevant HR fields (L&D or performance management)
- Good knowledge of performance management/L&D concept, theories, related practices and tools
- Fluent English is a must
- Strong communication skills, both in writing and speaking
- Ability to develop structured processes, policies, and procedures under direct manager’s guidance
- Ability to analyze current business situation, business focus that support the proposed solutions.

- Bachelor’s degree.
