Job summary
A global technology company known for online shopping, but also provides cloud computing to businesses and has expanded into artificial intelligence.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure consistent performance and growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
- Responsible for all work done by team members of TL and has to fulfill all duties of TL in case of his absence.
- Coach and mentor TL and BD.
Experience requirements
- Proven experience in sales management or a similar leadership role (2 year or more preferred).
- Total working experience in sales department (4 years or more)
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales analytics.
- Capability to write and speak in English.
- Clearly understand and execute the company and segment strategy to position, penetrate, and win in the local market in Hanoi.
- Proficient in Chinese.
