Job summary

A global technology company known for online shopping, but also provides cloud computing to businesses and has expanded into artificial intelligence.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the team and ensure BD meet performance goals.
  • Train, mentor, and support BD to improve their skills and performance.
  • Monitor individual and team KPIs and provide regular feedback.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Address team challenges and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Ensure proper use of CRM tools and adherence to sales processes.

Experience requirements

  • Previous experience as a team leader or senior sales representative (1 to 2 years preferred).
  • Total working experience in sales department (2 years or more)
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales reporting tools.
  • Capability to write and speak in English (preffered but not a must).
  • Understand local market in Hanoi.
  • Familiarity with cross-border e-commerce or the local market dynamics.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Enthusiastic and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in Chinese.

Education requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales or related fields.
