Job summary

Adecco client, a reputable international insurance company is actively seeking talents for Sales Executive role to join and grow them business.

Job Responsibilities

As the Sales Executive (Local clients), you will report to the national Senior Head and be responsible for the following:

  • Client Development & Relationship Management:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including participation in insurance tenders.
    • Understand and respond to clients’ evolving needs by offering tailored insurance products.
    • Maintain strong working relationships with clients and domestic partners. o Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and reinsurers.
    • Provide professional consultation and support to clients. o Strengthen collaboration with brokers, agents, and reinsurance partners.
  • Operational Support:
    • Support managers in servicing and managing client portfolios.
    • Prepare and deliver insurance quotations in line with internal guidelines.
    • Schedule and coordinate client meetings.
    • Monitor and ensure timely premium collection.
    • Assist in training and supervising junior team members when needed.
  • Internal Coordination:
    • Work with the Claims team on client-related matters.
    • Coordinate with the Underwriting team on policy issuance, underwriting data, and arranging surveys. 
    •  Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure premium payment is received.
  • Reporting & Other Duties:
    • Prepare periodic reports as required by management.
    • Perform other administrative tasks or assignments as delegated.

Experience requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (candidates with at least 2 years of experience and solid understanding of insurance tendering processes will also be considered).
  • Skills
    • Strong marketing and business development mindset.
    • Good understanding of insurance operations and internal workflows.
    • Solid knowledge of insurance products.
    • Professional, service-oriented approach.
    • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
    • Proficient in English. 

Education requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
